CSK vs RR

Rahul Dravid (66) and Shane Watson (32) added 86-run opening stand to help Rajasthan Royals post 147/6 against Chennai Super Kings in their Indian Premier League match at the MA Chidambaram stadium.
Dravid smashed ten boundaries in his 51-ball quick-fire innings as he raced to fifty in just 37 balls whereas Watson hit five fours in his rapid 26-ball knock.
Super Kings’ bowlers fought back strongly in the second half of the Royals innings and took wickets at regular intervals to check the visitors’ march.

Shadab Jakati was the wrecker-in-chief for the Super Kings as he scalped in-form Rajasthan batsmen Johan Botha and Shane Watson.

Jakati dismissed Watson in the eleventh over to halt the dangerous-looking opening stand and gave Chennai an important breakthrough. Jakati finished with an impressive figure of 2 for 22 in four overs.

Suraj Randiv dismissed Dravid in the sixteenth over to reduce Royals to 117/4 from 86/0 in ten overs.

Albie Morkel came to party in the penultimate over to dismiss Ross Taylor (20) and Ajinkya Rahane (4) in consecutive deliveries and finished with 2 for 24 in four overs.

Royals raced to fifty in the seventh over as both openers played their strokes freely against the Chennai bowlers.

Earlier, Royals skipper Shane Warne won the toss and decided to bat against the Super Kings on Wednesday.

Chennai are unchanged for the match whereas Rajasthan made one change in the side. Rajasthan have brought in left-arm spinner Nayan Doshi in place of pacer Amit Singh.
